...facial...~*

I bet all of you do practice some facials...be it at home or by visiting those beauty parlors...well since I have some time now, just wanna share about the steam facial method.... cheap, simple & convenient DIY facial that I've been practicing...

Steaming dilates the pores of your skin; penetrates and deep cleanses the pores, bringing to the surface all the hidden grease and dirt from make up & daily activities.

Steaming brings out a lovely glow on your face instantly that makes it as an effective treatment for a fresh shine on face. I suggest that you may opt for weekly steaming process if you have a dry & sensitive skin...

There are many benefits from it on the skin which include:
  • Helps to soften plugs in pores for easy removal of dirt and dead skin debris.
  • Stimulates skin blood circulation allowing the skin to look refreshed.
  • Allows for deep cleansing, hence, soften, re-hydrates, and rejuvenating outer layer of skin.
  • Aid to open up clogged nasal and sinus passages.

The traditional way for steam facial is by placing boiling/hot water in a bowl and placing a large towel over the head to over the face, hence, creating a tent effect over the bowl of hot water for 5 - 7 mins. DO NOT go beyond 10 mins~!

Hope you try it out & enjoy the benefits of it~* ;)
